Effective . This policy explains what we collect through the PlayTennisLV website, how we use it, and how to contact us if you want something corrected or removed.
We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact form, league registration form, score submission tools, and updates signup form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, player details, league information, and anything else you include in a message.
We use submitted information to answer questions, help families with placement, process league registration, organize league divisions, share program updates, and manage PlayTennisLV operations. We do not sell your information.
We ask for the information needed to respond, place a player appropriately, operate a league, or follow up about a program. Optional fields can be left blank unless the form specifically marks them required.
We keep form submissions, registration records, attendance notes, and league records for as long as they are useful for program operations, safety, financial records, dispute resolution, or historical league administration. We limit access to people who need it to run PlayTennisLV.

Because PlayTennisLV serves families with junior players, some of the information collected through registration relates to children. Junior forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, not by the child directly. We treat that information with extra care:
The FTC's COPPA guidance emphasizes parental control, access, deletion, security, reasonable retention, and collecting no more child information than needed. PlayTennisLV uses those principles when handling junior program information submitted by parents or guardians.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you (or your child), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
