Effective April 2, 2026. This policy explains what we collect through the PlayTennisLV website, how we use it, and how to contact us if you want something corrected or removed.
We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact form, league registration form, score submission tools, and updates signup form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, player details, league information, and anything else you include in a message.
We use submitted information to answer questions, help families with placement, process league registration, organize league divisions, share program updates, and manage PlayTennisLV operations.
Some website forms send messages through third-party tools used by PlayTennisLV, including email form delivery and Google-hosted data storage for league operations. Registration links may also send you to external USTA pages to complete booking. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your information. We only share information when needed to operate the program, respond to your request, or manage registrations and leagues.
If you sign up for updates, we may email you about registration windows, schedule changes, new classes, leagues, or future season announcements. You can opt out at any time by emailing conrad@playtennislv.com.
